Before you buy
Everything that matters before checkout, in one place.
- Delivered in 1-20 minutes
- Ranks are yours for life
- Secure checkout by Tebex
01How do I get what I bought?
Sign in with your Minecraft username before you add anything to the basket. After checkout, everything is credited to that in-game name, so double-check the spelling.
02How long does it take?
Usually between 1 and 20 minutes. If you still haven't been credited after 20 minutes, open a support ticket on our Discord with proof of purchase and we'll look into it.
03Are ranks permanent?
Yes. All ranks are a one-time purchase and yours for life. In-game crates, sellwands and similar items are not lifetime: they disappear once used or when the season ends.
04How do Sunbits work?
Sunbits are global: spend them on any realm. They never disappear except when you use them.
05Can I get a refund?
All payments are final and non-refundable. Attempting a chargeback or opening a PayPal dispute will result in permanent and irreversible banishment from all of our servers, and other Minecraft stores.
06Something went wrong with my order.
Submit a support ticket via our Discord or email [email protected]. Include your in-game name and proof of purchase.
